Ludwig Maximilian University Munich (http://www.lmu-muenchen.de/) About 48 000 students are enrolled at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich. Organized in 18 faculties and with an academic staff of roughly 700 professors as well as 12 000 additional staff in research, service and management, LMU Munich constitutes one of the largest educational institutions in Germany. Founded in 1472 in Ingolstadt, the LMU today spreads over more than 50 locations in and around Munich.
Caché will be used for teaching purposes at the Institue of Managerial Risk Research and Assurance INRIVER (http://www.inriver.bwl.uni-muenchen.de/) as part of the Scoutmaster Software of the InterSystems Application Partner Scout Research Systems GmbH.
