Caché will be introduced into PCSE CPSC 440 - Database Management Systems coursework of the Computer Science and Information Science programs at Christopher Newport University. This course will teach Database (DB) concepts, relational, hierarchical and network models. Query languages, data sub languages and schema representations. The DB environment to include: DB administration, security, dictionaries, integrity, backup and recovery. This will include students and faculty using Caché in research projects. All uses of Caché will be limited to enrolled students and current faculty in support of instruction, research and development.
