Caché in the Curriculum:
a. Utilizing Caché for data mining research project in healthcare
This project investigates the iterative use of data mining results to allow General Practitioners (GPs) to construct electronic feedback to influence subsequent recording of electronic medical records (EMRs) and concomitant practice patterns. We explore the problem by having GPs review the emerging patterns from their own practice's EMRs. The GPs will have the opportunity to author feedback to discourage undesirable practice patterns, or request clarifying information for questionable ones.
