The Vocational Continued Training Project (VCTP) of the German Trade Union Association (DGB) offers vocational continued training for the employed and unemployed in office work, data processing and communications vocations, for data processing users, artisans, as well as in industry, and in the health and health care vocations. VCTP advises concerns and administrations on ways in which to increase their competitiveness and improve their working structures.
Qualification is part of the active job market and structural policy, since it helps to ensure jobs, cut unemployment, and overcome structural change. To achieve these goals, VCTP cooperates with employers and governmental agencies as well as in many projects with European partners.
Caché will be used in theoretical and practical training as part of the course in application development at the VCTP office in Wilhelmshaven. InterSystems provides licenses and training material.
